Fratelli Serio & Battista Borgogno, established in 1897, is a family-run winery located in the heart of the Cannubi cru in Barolo, Italy. The winery's origins trace back to the mid-19th century when Cavalier Francesco Borgogno began producing wine, which he sold in his wife's tavern in Barolo. Upon his passing, his sons Serio and Battista inherited land and a small farmhouse in Cannubi, where they built their home and expanded the winery, eventually acquiring a total of 3 hectares in this prestigious area. Today, the winery is managed by the fifth generation, including Emanuela Bolla and Federica Boffa, who continue to honor their family's legacy by producing traditional Barolo wines with a deep respect for terroir and biodiversity.
