Vecchia Cantina di Montepulciano is a cooperative winery founded in 1937 to help small growers market their wines, it is one of the oldest cooperatives in Tuscany. Over decades the cooperative expanded its vineyards across the Montepulciano and surrounding areas, and it now represents several hundred member growers. In recent years the estate launched the Astorre Noti brand to showcase a range of Tuscan denominations and approachable bottlings for wider distribution. The property includes an enoteca and visitor facilities at its headquarters near Montepulciano, where the cooperative promotes local traditions and sustainable practices.
